About the studio

A small Stockholm team that brings active breaks into office life.

We have been building short workplace movement formats since 2018, working with operations leads, HR partners and office managers who want a simple, repeatable rhythm for their teams.

Facilitators planning weekly office break formats in a sunlit room
Our approach

Practical formats, designed around the working day.

Every program we deliver starts with one question: what does a normal week actually look like for your team? We then build a schedule of light movement breaks that respects calendars, room availability and the texture of the office.

  • Designed with HR and operations leads, not imposed on them.
  • Same facilitator visits the office, so people recognise a familiar face.
  • Quarterly reviews to refresh formats and avoid repetition.
What we value

The principles that guide every program.

Respect for the workday

Sessions are short, predictable and never overlap with deep work blocks or focus hours.

Quiet professionalism

No microphones, no loud music, no disruption to nearby colleagues who stay at their desks.

Long-term partnership

We aim for multi-quarter relationships, not one-off events, so habits have time to settle.

Milestones

A short timeline of the studio.

2018

First pilot

A pilot in a small Stockholm marketing agency confirmed the appetite for short, regular formats.

2020

Hybrid formats

We adapted sessions for video calls so distributed colleagues could join from home offices.

2022

Quarterly programs

Most partners now book on a quarterly cycle with seasonal adjustments to themes.

2024

Facilitator network

Our roster expanded to cover multiple central districts of Stockholm during peak hours.
